The General Section of the Sub-Household of Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta (UNS) is the division responsible for budgeting, inventory and help center. The problem that often occurs in the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household is that there is no detailed reporting on goods borrowed or goods that have been returned. This has an impact on decisions taken when procuring or destroying inventory items. Based on the description of the background, it can be formulated that the problem to be solved in this research is "How to design an information system for borrowing inventory items in the UNS Medical Study Program". Limitations The problem that the author discusses in the research focuses more on the process of borrowing and returning inventory items within the scope of the UNS Medical Study Program. The method used to design an information system for borrowing inventory items uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming languages used to design an inventory loan information system are PHP Native and MySQL. With the design of this information system for borrowing inventory items, it is hoped that it can help the management process of borrowing inventory items and solve problems experienced by the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household.
